Mobile Spot had excellent customer service the night I came in. They were friendly and walked me through all my choices on the phone repair, including prices up front. They were able to show me on a demo how the two different options would look on a working device. They also had unlocked phones available at good prices if I wanted to replace instead of repair. The work was done in under an hour, just exactly when they said it would be ready, and the prices were very reasonable. They provide a very valuable service and do it well and with a smile!

We had an excellent experience at Mobile Spot. We walked in and were helped immediately by Franklin who was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. We needed a very simple fix and he provided it quickly. I would highly recommend Mobile Spot.

My girls phone was completely broke, I called the next day. Super nice people, reasonable pricing. They work fast, they said 1.5-2hrs they’ll get it done and got it within 56mins. Replaced camera lens+ front screen. Recommended for anyone looking to get their phone fixed quick.

I was very impressed with Mobile Spot in Clive. I brought my laptop in for a broken cover. Evan ordered the parts and by Tuesday the parts were there and they fixed it by the afternoon! I would highly recommend this service without hesitation. Great job Evan!!

We dropped my granddaughter's iPad off early on a Saturday afternoon for a screen repair. We were told it would take 48 to complete the repair, which I thought was reasonable. Less than 3 hours later, they sent a text saying the iPad was ready. We picked up the iPad & it was just like new. I had a very happy granddaughter. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, & efficient. It only took a few minutes for them to check in the iPad & a few minutes when I picked it up. I would definitely use their services again. The fact that they are locally owned is a bonus.
