We dropped my granddaughter's iPad off early on a Saturday afternoon for a screen repair. We were told it would take 48 to complete the repair, which I thought was reasonable. Less than 3 hours later, they sent a text saying the iPad was ready. We picked up the iPad & it was just like new. I had a very happy granddaughter. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, & efficient. It only took a few minutes for them to check in the iPad & a few minutes when I picked it up. I would definitely use their services again. The fact that they are locally owned is a bonus.

I have an iPhone 12 that needed a battery replacement. I called them on a weekday afternoon and asked if they had the battery available, and they did. They do not require appointments so I asked whether they would be able to put one in that afternoon and they told me that they could manage it so I headed over there. We filled out the paperwork and I dropped off the phone and it was ready in just about an hour. Pricing was very reasonable and the phone works much better than it did when I brought it in! They offer a one year guarantee on the part and they followed up the next day to make sure that I was satisfied

I stopped in this morning to have them work on my phone and the gentleman who helped me was very courteous and professional. He fixed the issue right away and didn't even charge me! Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing phone repairs.

Awesome experience. Jacob helped me out by replacing a battery for my Google Pixel phone which apparently most stores just don't keep in stock. Kudos to the crew for making the experience painless.
