There is no better place to bring your phone for any issues that you may be having than the Mobile Spot. Their customer service is second to none and they put you at ease and always walk you through the issue and how they can solve it. I took my phone, which is an older model, there this morning and Evan G. met me with a smile, heard my issue and figured out how to fix it after trying a few different things. I was in and out in no less than 15 minutes when I was in dire need of having my phone issue solved quickly. Nobody better than this trusted crew!

Apparently my battery was swelling and I didn't know it until I took my hard protective case off and noticed the frame separation and bulging back one evening. They got my phone in right away the next day when I dropped it off around 1:00 pm (luckily they had one last battery in stock that would fit my Motorola G Play (2021)!). Within a few hours had the battery and shell adhesive replaced and my phone back was bulge-less. Couldn't be happier with the results or with the young man who helped me when I dropped it off (the gentleman who checked me out was pleasant too!). ☺️ I truly appreciate it as this 50+ person isn't very techie and a new phone wasn't in my budget!

Fantastic service! I dropped my phone in the middle of my work day - black screen and all function gone! I need my phone for everything. Called and got in just in time to have my phone fixed! Customer service was fantastic, and prices are good. If you ever need a device fixed, this is the place to go!
